Hello & Happy New Year! I hope you had a great holiday and are ready for the new year! Here is some information about our upcoming events that I hope you can attend (and bring all your friends and family!).....

The Vinyl Grooves will be at The Coffee Xchange on Tanque Verde this Saturday night (January 7) from 6:00-9:00pm. Enjoy good food, dessert, coffee drinks and an evening of great music on the covered and enclosed patio! We'll bring you the best British Invasion and American Rock from the 60s & 70s!

Reservations are not required, but you can call the coffee shop if you'd like to reserve a table (520-751-4739) or contact me and I'll be happy to make a reservation for you....we hope you can come and join us. Please be sure to let us know if you have a special occasion (birthday or anniversary) that you would like us to recognize.

Desert Melodies will be at The House of Bards on Speedway this Sunday night (January 8) from 6:30-8:30pm for our Speakeasy Event. Enjoy food prepared by the winner of The Tucson Knife Contest and enjoy some alcoholic libations as well! The House of Bards is located on Speedway, just east of Swan. The venue is the former home of a known Mob hangout/restaurant and has a lot of history! It's even suspected to be haunted! We will be performing music from the 1920s & 1930s with songs written and made famous by George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, Irving Berlin and many more! It's the Bees Knees! Come dressed up if you're so inclined.....and there will be Flapper Dancers! Come do the Charleston with us (don't worry, we'll teach you if you don't know how)!!

Reservations are not required, but you can contact me and I will make sure I have a table for you!

Also, Google may have mis-information and show the venue as closed on Sundays...it's not...it's open and we'll be there in all our 1920s & 1930s finery!

We hope to see you at either or both of these events and look forward to entertaining you! Follow and like both groups on Facebook:
