Crown Chimp Productions is now casting for the short film entitled "What You Need". 

If you're not familiar, Crown Chimp is a small, but incredibly efficient film team. Our recent work for Adidas has the whole crew up for a national advertising award. 

"What You Need" is a small film that follow a young boy who is half-human and half-monkey as he tries to find his place in life. 

It is a one day shoot on either Saturday June 5th or Saturday June 12th. We are casting the following roles: 

MOM: Caucasian or Hispanic, Brunette, late 20's-mid 30's; appears in two scenes; 2-3 hours of filming (we actually mean that); a single mother with a gentle soul, pained by the fact there's nothing she can do to help her son 

MONKEY-BOY: Caucasian or Hispanic, elementary school age (ideally could play in the 2nd-3rd grade range); full day of filming; must be able to sit through make-up and follow direction; an imaginative and lonely boy 

We are offering: 
- Craft Services 
- IMDb Credit 
- Festival Exposure (we're not spending a lot of money on the fest circuit, but it will play in a few) 
- DVD Copy (we actually mean it) 
- Pay for both roles. The project is ultra low-budget, but we'll get you something for your time.
