Subject: Actors needed for 2 Red Barn Theater productions

 

The Red Barn Theater seeks actors for two productions:

 

"Collecting All the Species" a sci-fi dark comedy, seeks limber, age 16 and older, male and female actors to play:

-  a schizophrenic desperate stranded astronaut 

- a beautiful imperious daughter of the dictator

-  and rollicking dog-monkey-like aliens.

These parts have few lines but are very important and require strong physical acting.  The show is rated PG for violence and sexuality.

Performing April 25-27 and May 2-4, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 2pm, at the Red Barn Theater, 948 N. Main Ave.

"Congo Prayer" a musical adventure, seeks two children of any race for many parts in a story of a village dealing with a man-eating lion, terrorists, poverty and internal strife.  Many songs and scenes with simple lines.

Performing April 25, 26 and May 2 and 3 at 6pm, at the Red Barn Theater, 948 N. Main Ave.
