WORKING is a celebration of the human spirit and the search for meaning through our vocations. This 2012 version is conceived by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell, Pippin) and Nina Faso, with additional music by folk-rock legend James Taylor, Lin-Manuel Miranda (In The Heights) and other accomplished composers.

WORKING is an unforgettable musical that creates a vivid tapestry of how we (the 99%) work in America — woven from the funny and poignant stories of 26 everyday Americans, sharing the human desires, aspirations and dreams that connect us all. Based on the writings of Pulitzer Prize-winning author and celebrated radio personality Studs Terkel, WORKING will put a song in your heart as you get up in the morning to make it through another workday.

The perfect musical for anyone who has ever worked a day in their lives!
