Subject: Yes and News - 3/18/21
The moment has arrived, we are going live from Tucson, Arizona this Saturday night! We hope to see you this weekend as we reopen for in-person shows to the public! Saturday night at 7:30pm we have an Improv Comedy Show with three great duo teams: OuroBurros, Whoopsie Daisy, and Portmansplain. Then at 9pm we have a Stand Up Comedy Show with Drake Belt, Jessie Stapp, Mo Urban, Rich Gary and Rory Monserat.
We will be selling pods of four seats for $30, and each pod will be 6 feet apart from each other and the stage. Masks will be required at all times, and our performers will be wearing masks/face shields. We are going to be limit the number of performers on a stage at a time to two people, and the show will last 40 minutes with no intermission. We will also not be selling beer, wine, drinks, or snacks the first two weeks as we figure out how to do it safely, but we encourage you to go to REVEL Wine Bar our next door neighbor before or after the show to enjoy some drinks and light food fare! We also have a COVID-19 Ticket and Entrance Policy to check out before you come to a show.
Gather your comedy cluster and get your tickets today. Both shows are already halfway sold out, so hurry up if you want to be there for our premier!

Stand Up 201: Joke Writing
Saturday, March 21st 1-3pm

There is only one seat left in this class, so register today!
This class will build upon the three minute set developed in the Stand Up 101 course, and expand upon it with a new five minute set length. Students will learn how to build connections between different sets to develop more advanced stand up material. Students will learn the six major joke writing concepts, deconstruct comedic attributes that make them work, and write jokes within those formats each week of the class.
Please note this is an in person class, masks will be required by all participants, strict 6 feet social distancing will be enforced at all times, and participants will be asked to regulate symptoms/potential exposure before each class.
