Subject: Yes and News - 3/25/21
We had an amazing first week of in-person comedy on Saturday night. Both shows were sold out, and the crowds were great! We had multiple requests for beer and wine, so we are excited to announce that we are going to be selling them again starting this weekend. The protocols we put in place seem to be working well, and we had good reviews from the crowd and the performers. So that means we continue with in-person shows Saturday night!
We will be selling pods of four seats for $30, and each pod will be 6 feet apart from each other and the stage. Masks will be required at all times, and our performers will be wearing masks/face shields. We also have a COVID-19 Ticket and Entrance Policy to check out before you come to a show. Gather your comedy cluster and get your tickets today. Last week sold out, so don't miss your opportunity to catch some live comedy this weekend!
One of our Digital Edition teams Your Favorite Move Improvised will be performing in the first InterCity Improv Festival. I love when our teams go out into the world and perform in other places. So many of our performing company have been working hard developing digital shows over the past year, and it's great when we can share that with the world. Check out their show tonight at 7pm MST. Stand Up 101: Intro to Stand Up comedy

Instructor: Rory Monserat
Learn the art of standup comedy utilizing the TIM philosophy to finding the funny fast. Discover how to nurture true stories into a routine that both engages and entertains your audience. Our experienced instructors will teach you to construct a stage persona, performance mechanics, develop a joke, and create sets this will hit with an audience.
Please note this is an in person class, masks will be required by all participants, strict 6 feet social distancing will be enforced at all times, and participants will be asked to regulate symptoms/potential exposure before each class.
Friday night at 7pm our improvisers discuss all the hot goss at the office water cooler. The Meeting performs a workplace dramedy on our Facebook Live!
