Subject: Troubadour Theatre looking for instructors

Troubadour Theatre is a youth educational theatre and is looking for some instructors for potential upcoming classes to add to our schedule.  Instructors are paid as independent contractors for sessions ranging from 4-7 weeks for a once a week class.  Day/time and dates are flexible.

All instructors must have professional experience teaching children in a group setting.  Must have or have the ability to get a fingerprint clearance card.  Instructor should have enough experience to be capable of teaching the class independently without any training or assistance.   Our classes are typically 6-14 students (ranges by class).

Specific instructors needed:

Musical Theatre: a class that concludes with a song showcase/review, focused on vocal technique.  Instructor should be a vocal coach and also able to play their own accompaniment.

Intro to Acting: a class meant to be introductory to theatre and acting, focusing more on games and acting basics, session concludes with a short play performance of a narrated story (focusing more on acting out a story rather than memorizing lines).

Open to other suggestions for classes as we try to fill out upcoming schedule if there's an instructor who has a specific class they would like to teach, doesn't even have to be theatre, also open to music and other arts.  Our other classes are covered at the moment, but we welcome new suggestions to add, or feel free to reach out if you want to make yourself available in case of any future openings.

If you're interested, please contact Kristen at troubadourtheatre@yahoo.com  Thanks!
