Subject: In Need of Female Actress for Short Film

We are need of a female actress (age 20-35) to play the role of the mother for our short film. The film will be around 5-10 minutes long with shooting to take place in early-mid January. Since it is a short film, the shooting days will be over a weekend (2-3 days). The film is a period piece and deals with a little boy imagining an alien invasion as he listens to the Orson Welles' radio broadcast of War of the Worlds. The mother character leaves her son to be watched by his grandfather while she goes to work. If interested, please contact me directly via email BEFORE December 28th, 2009. My email is: dflores@email.arizona.edu. In the email, please include a headshot  and resume of previous acting experience. Since we are a student-run production, we unfortunately do not have the budget to compensate for our crew or actors. However, we will provide all crew and actors with completed DVD's when the film is finished to use for portfolio reasons.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
David Flores & Roman Arriola
