Need Lead Actress For Feature Film

We are filming a feature length movie this summer, and are looking to cast one additional part. Our film is called Smoke, and it is a horror/suspense film, something along the lines of Scream meets My Bloody Valentine. It will have the cool kills, but will also feature an excellent, whodunit mystery story to go along with it.
We had the film entirely cast. Unfortunately, one of our actresses suffered a torn ACL last weekend, and with surgery scheduled, she will no longer be available for the shoot. With that in mind, we need to cast this one part.
This is a leading role in the film so it will be an opportunity for some great exposure. This is a paid role, but we’d prefer to discuss the details of that privately, and once we have narrowed the search.
A little about the character. Lauren, 18, is a typical high school girl in a lot of ways. She dreams of finishing up school, and leaving her small town with their small minded people, behind. Not overly popular amongst the ranks of the school, she is, however, comfortable amongst the small group of people she calls friends. She suffers from horrible bouts of self conscious and self aware behavior, brought about by the nightmares she has on an almost nightly basis. And even Lauren herself wonders if these are nightmares or memories.
A couple things to note up front. This character struggles with memories of possibly being molested as a younger girl. This is only very, very lightly implied and not shown. This was brought upon by the early development of large breasts, and this continues to be a struggle for Lauren as this movie plays out. This is an added layer of depth for the character that we hope the audience can relate to.
The ideal person for this role would be able to portray a high school/early college aged character. Also, someone with a larger bust would be preferred since the script is written with the character this way. Experience is a plus, but is not required.
