April 30th at 8:00 - 9:30 PM

A silent comedy: dancers, actors and artists of all stripe are welcome to audition. Auditions will consist of acting out a particular scenario without using your voice.

And for those who simply must use their voice, a new musical. Artists interested in becoming a part of Happy Hour, please bring an a cappella piece to sing. Musicians are welcome as are all singing styles and types.

The Next Theatre is a cooperative of individuals in performance who have come together to experiment and research what might be next in theatre and live performance. We are dedicated to breaking down how we view both the process and result of performance. We also feel very strongly that theatre as an art must also be entertaining. We believe we can learn from the past, but also feel like we must invent the future.
