Casting Extras and Featured Extras (Rita Ranch)
Casting for extras and featured extras for the Cowboy Blob Productions short film "Spartacus Schmartacus," a costume comedy set in Ancient Rome. Copy/catering/credit only. Extras should provide their own toga; featured extras will be provided a costume (soldiers, slaves, etc.) Extras not of Mediterranean complexion are welcome to the Arena, but wear culturally appropriate costume (Nubian, Celtic or Germanic tribe, for example). Green costumes and accessories are proscribed because there will be a green screen behind for chroma keying. The color Purple is restricted to the character Ceasar, already cast. Footwear is not an issue, but authentic-looking sandals are welcome. Please provide body shot in costume and days of availability. Crowd scenes with be shot in batches during daylight hours 1-to-3pm on dates to be announced.
