When: July 13-31, 2009 9:30-3:30
Special Instructions: Deadline for registration is Wednesday, July 8. Class sizes are limited.
New and experienced actors will learn:
- How to improve and enjoy their onstage experience
- Creating believable performances through in-depth character analysis
- Audition techniques used by the most successful professional actors
- Creating a “living” stage character
- Dramatic and character improvisation
- Effective make-up, costume and technical techniques
- Confidence, collaboration and self-esteem
- Critical thinking, life skills and constructive evaluation of peers
During each 3-week session, students will work with professional actors, directors and theatre arts educators.
REGULAR REGISTRATION is $300 (9-12 years) and $375 (13-16 years).
Space is subject to availability.
