Touring Tucson churches

 

A nervous bride wonders about her Canaan wedding crashers…Nicodemus questions how a man can be born twice… a grieving mother is shocked that her son is alive… an angry street hawker of Bethesda bottled water doesn’t trust the “new guy”… crippled ole’ Gurney surprises everyone by dancing a two-step…a Galilean woman panics when she witnesses her son giving his lunch left overs

to Jesus. 

 

Waypoint, southern Arizona’s only faith-based theatre company, proudly presents the fourth in their Journeys In Faith church touring series that is a faithful and vibrant re-telling of Jesus’ miracles described in the Gospel of John.  28 biblical characters are vibrantly brought to life by four actors in this comedy/drama by A.D. Players’ Artistic Director, Jeannette Clift George.

John, His Story was originally produced by A.D. Players and Lamb’s Players in San Diego, with an off-Broadway New York run in l998.

 

Admission is free.  A love offering will be taken to off-set production expenses.
