Rhino Staging & Event Solutions is an entertainment production labor company, specializing in the setup and tear down of concerts, sporting events, conventions, and trade shows throughout the nation.
We are hiring Stagehands/AV Technicians for the Tucson area. Our stagehands are responsible for the setup and tear down of events, doing work including assembling stages and sets, loading and unloading trucks and assisting with lighting, audio, and video structures.
We offer safety and skill training for those interested in learning.
Stagehands will be working at many different venues and locations around Southern Arizona including the Tucson Convention Center Arena, Tucson Music Hall, Fox Theatre, Casino Del Sol AVA Amphitheater, Desert Diamond Casino Diamond Center and various resorts.
This is a part-time, as needed position. The work is event-based and will change weekly. Hours are not guaranteed.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Able to lift and push at least 50 lbs
- Willing to work hard
- Proven experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work on an as-needed basis
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and overnights
- Ability show up on time & with a great attitude
- Must be able to follow mandatory dress code – which includes steel/composite-toed work boots.
Experience in the live event industry is a plus, however not required.
