Start your weekend off with a smile - it's time for our next episode of Ten Minutes with Dawn!

Dawn's guest this week is none other than our very own Cy Barlow!

Cy is a musician with an IT day job. She's a perpetual student of music, theater, and improv and relishes every opportunity to entertain people.

At Unscrewed Theater, she performs with From The Top and Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed. She's also the tenor pan player in Tucson's nerdiest steel drum band, Apocalypso.

Cy is probably not your uncle.

Family-Friendly Improv Comedy

Stay out of the heat this weekend - and catch a cool show from your very own air-conditioned house.

We're beaming the funny right into your living room for another Unscrewed Theater House Party. You'll see some of our faces PLUS some new ones - as we invite guests from around the world to improvise with us.

Tonight our guest is Stephanie Rae!

Stephanie Rae has been studying traditional and musical improv for the last eleven years. After falling in love with the form at the Washington Improv Theater, she moved to Miami, founded Negative Four Months, and created hit shows including Law & Disorder and The Laughter Games. She later joined the Society Circus Players, performing in festivals including UCB's Del Close Marathon - in which she conceived and directed a Boyz II Men-themed improv show.

These days, she directs the Black Improv Alliance, performing with International Players Club and Wakanda vs. Everybody.

Stephanie has guest performed with teams all over the world - including ComedySportz Portland, Unscrewed Theatre, and The Groundlings - and taught classes for the Hideout Theatre, Liverpool Improv Comedy, Improv Comedy Bangalore, The Countdown Festival, and Red Carpet Kids, among others. She has worked with corporate clients including but not limited to the Miami Childrens' Museum, Madison Capital Funding, Masterbuilt, Brinks, Gilsone, and Lione, Access Sports, Mayer Brown, Microsoft, S.C. Johnson, and YouTube. She is passionate about amplifying diverse voices and getting more melanin onstage. She also has a law degree - but mostly uses it to correct people online.

We are so excited to have Stephanie "here" and ready to make you laugh - along with Rob, Jon, David, Chris, Cy - & your host, Michael Pierce!
