After the reading, we'll have a brief business meeting. We'll vote on President Vornholt's proposal to update the language in our standing rules. Only paid members are eligible voters.
Current language (re: the Executive Board): "They are responsible for maintaining active liaison with the Arizona Theatre Company as long as OPP is using their rehearsal facility."
Proposed change: "They are responsible for maintaining active liaison with all venues and facilities which OPP uses for meetings, performances, and official events."
