Meet Pretendy Time

How long has the team existed: 1 year
Team Members: Sean, Cristin, Kyle, Graham, Lindsay, Kurt, and Justin
Coach: Jen

About Pretendy Time:
At Pretendy Time the kids are the stars. We create a fun filled interactive experience for kids of all kinds: shy kids, rambuctious kids, kids who like to sing, and so on!

Team Tradition:
We tend to do a pre-show "get it out" where people talk about things we can't say in front of kids. (i.e. any curse words or adult topics).

Favorite Memory:
Before every show Jen goes over the rules of Pretendy Time with the cast including: 1. No cursing, 2. No death, 3. No negging a kids choice. The second time I did this the team started talking about video game characters dying (backstage) and Jen lost it.
🤣

What do you love about Pretendy Time:
Pretendy Time is the epitome of Yes And because at any moment a kid can throw a wonderful curve ball and its our job to catch it and make them funny. Its the ultimate test of your improv tennets.
