Performer-Actor wanted for a family science show (Pima County Fair/Tucson) 

 

The character to be played is “Doctor Know-it-all” a sidekick to Professor Smart at his Science Show. It is normally played by a mature female. see www.professorsmart.info

 

Starting April 24. The days are this Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and possibly Saturday. There are 3-4 shows per day. Showtimes 3:00, 5:00 and 7:00 PM and possibly some help during a strolling set. It may be quite warm. We are outside but under tents. Need an absolutely reliable person who shows up early. Must arrive by 2 PM.

 

Can you:

1) interact with children and parents pre and post-show

2) say a few lines during the show from the side of the stage

3) run sound cues off an iPad (pretty easy)

4) help set up and clear props

 

We would train you on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday,
