The Scoundrel & Scamp Theatre will hold Open Auditions for the 2019–2020 season on Sunday, April 21st from 2pm-6pm.
Actors who have previously worked at The S&S are invited to read at callbacks. Please email casting@scoundrelandscamp.org with the roles you are interested in, and we will be in touch with scheduling information. Callback dates vary depending on the production.
Actors who have not previously worked at The S&S Theatre please email casting@scoundrelandscamp.org by
Thursday, April 18th by 12am for an audition appointment. Please be sure to include your name, email and phone. You are welcome to attach an electronic version of your headshot and resume.
All auditioners should also bring a hardcopy of your current headshot and resume.
Auditioners have the choice of preparing
2 contrasting monologues
OR
1 monologue & 16 bars of an uptempo song
Your audition should be no more than 3 minutes total.
All roles are paid an honorarium..
Equity and Non-equity actors welcome.
DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Doors to the theater are located off of the Herbert Avenue parking lot and off of 5th Avenue.
- If biking, S&S offers a bike rack next to the theater front door.
- If taking the streetcar, disembark at the 4th Ave/4th-5th Street stop. (Stop 13)
- If driving, we offer parking off of Herbert Ave (between 4th and 5th) and accessible via University.
CALLBACK INFORMATION
