Tucson: Beowulf Alley Theatre Company presents "Four Farces by Anton Chekhov

Beowulf Alley Theatre Company presents "Four Farces by Anton Chekhov - An evening of outrageous one-acts by the Russian master".  Opening April 29 with preview performaces on April 27th and 28th.  www.beowulflalley.org

Considered one of the fathers of modern drama, Anton Chekhov is widely known for such full-length plays as The Cherry Orchard, Uncle Vanya, and The Seagull. The one-act comedies in our Four Farces are just as timeless—comic classics which have influenced generations of playwrights and screenwriters. Come and see why. We promise a hilarious, laugh-filled evening of theatre you won’t soon forget!

Four Farces is the final show in our Daring and Distinctive Inaugural Season at Beowulf Alley. We hope you will join us for this season-ending hit in our newly air-conditioned theater (YEA!). So take your tax return and have a nice cool night on the town. And remember, as the Arizona Daily Star says, we've got "the most comfortable seats in town!”

Purchase tickets online at www.beowulfalley.org or call the box office at 520-882-0555.

Show times April 29th - May 21st: Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.; Sundays at 1:30 p.m.
