 Redondo Music Theatre Auditions Announced

 Open auditions for RMT’s March production of CABARET are set for Wednesday, February 13th, 2008  and Thursday, February 17, 2008, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00

 p.m. at the Randolph Park Recreation Center, 200 S. Alvernon (off Broadway). Call-Backs are also Thursday, February 14th, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.  Plenty of off-street

 parking is available at the complex.

 For information, call RMT at 520-615-1130.  NO appointments will be made.

 RMT is a Tucson based not-for-profit theatre company.

 Performances are March 13 (preview), 14, 15, 16, 2008 ( 7:30 p.m. with a 2:00 p.m. matinee on the 15th & 16th).  All performances are at the Leo Rich Theatre in

 the Tucson Convention Center complex, 260 S. Court Avenue. Intense rehearsals (location to be announced) begin Sunday, February 24th. No Saturdays. Rehearsal

 times will not use all actors each night.

 All roles open except for Fraulein Schneider and Herr Schultz.

Needing:
Emcee: Ageless, sleazy, decadent and androgynous. Singer/Dancer.
Sally Bowles: Attractive, 20’s, British, hyperactive. Strong Singer/Dancer.  (NO LIZA’S)
Cliff: American writer, Good Looking, late 20’s, overwhelmed by Sally. Excellent Singer-baritone tenor.
Ernst Ludwig: Militant, 30’s-40’s. Strong Singer.
Kit Kat Klub Girls: Do not have to be “showgirl” types. The club is “cheesy”. Sing/Dance.
German Sailors/Waiters: Sing/Dance. Other men.
Singers bring sheet music in the proper key (no rock), photos & resume (unless already in our files).
Actors will be considered (NOT cast) for the May production of West Side Story.
