INTRO TO BUTOH: Dance Theater Series
Taught by Jodi Netzer

Experience Butoh (a.k.a. "Zen Dancing"), an empowering improvisational
post-WWII Japanese dance theater form that embodies various forms of energy
while connecting with nature and the human condition. Butoh
transforms on a cellular level and challenges the status quo.
Energize your core, expand your body memory, release unwanted habits, dance
to YOUR rhythm. Awaken your senses and journey for your truth through dance!

(From South- Take 22nd St. Turn North onto Tyndall which is 1 block West of
Park. Go 1.5 blocks.) (From North/East/West- Take Broadway. Go South onto
Euclid, which turns into Park. Turn Right onto 20th St. Take 1st Left onto
Tyndall.)

Beginners and advanced all welcome.
$30 for Series / $15 per Class
