Come See Us in 3D!

That's right.

After more than a YEAR of online-only shows and classes - we're opening our doors for LIVE & IN PERSON improv comedy next month!!

And you know what that means.

It's PARTY TIME!

We're kicking off our grand return to live theater with a couple of super-sized improv shows starting at 7:30 pm on Friday, August 6th, and Saturday, August 7th. You can expect to see the faces of some very excited improvisers you haven't seen in a while - ready to perform for you in the flesh! Make sure you grab your tickets ASAP for our Back On Our Feet shows.

With our own special brand of family-friendly, all ages Improv Comedy back on the stage again, Speedway & Swan will once again be awash with the roaring laughter Tucson has come to know and love since 2002 - when "Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed" became Tucson's premiere Improv Troupe.

Oh - and if you can't make it out for a live show - stay tuned! We'll be announcing an online streaming option soon. So you can continue to laugh right along with us - from the comfort of your very own home!

In the meantime, our July shows are still free for you to stream online, AND we've got a few more online workshops that you can take from anywhere.

We can't wait to see you!

Special Guest Workshops - Online
With Bianchi & Byland

We're wrapping up July with a couple of guest workshops you can take from anywhere.

Elizabeth Byland (AKA EB) and Jenn Bianchi are two extremely talented instructors & improvisors jumping into our virtual training center to impart some knowledge (and fun!) directly from their brains to yours!

There' are only two chances left to learn from these talented improvisers and instructors. They'll help you up your improv game, teach you how to really listen to your scene partner - and you'll have some laughs while doing it!

Sunday, July 18

12-3pm MST/PDT
"The Improvisor's Playground" Taught by Elizabeth Byland

As of late, improv via Zoom has felt a little stiff, hasn't it? It's okay. We know it's hard to see the zoom square as a virtual playground rather than a virtual cubicle. However, this physical workshop, led by Elizabeth Byland (co-founder of Queen City Comedy, Professor of Improv at Virginia Commonwealth University, and the other half of Bianchi & Byland) will give you a new creative lens on Zoomprov and the playground that surrounds you, whether you're in an office, a bedroom, or a beautiful theatre!

Sunday, July 25

12-3pm MST/PDT
"Listen Like a Thief" Taught by Jenn Bianchi

The best way to get out of your own way is to focus on your partner. Listen Like a Thief will help you believe in your partner's deal harder than they can. When we listen with our whole bodies, not just our ears, we will pick on subtle cues to find something wonderful right away and heighten established patterns.
