Subject: Old Pueblo Playwrights Weekly meeting 9-19-22
NO ZOOM TONIGHT
Old Pueblo Playwrights weekly meeting tonight is in person only at St Francis in the Foothills as we hold open auditions for our New Play Festival.
Auditions begin at 6 pm and are expected to last two hours.
Auditionees will present a short monologue (less than two minutes) and then reading from sides for at least one new play. Actors may be offered more than one opportunity to be cast.
The plays will be presented as staged readings in our New Play Festival, Memorization is not required. Our Festival will be staged at Arizona Rose Theatre in Tucson Mall on November 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th.
All performers will receive an honorarium per role read. Only one reading of each new plat will be presented.
As I said above, our auditions tonight are at St Francis in the Foothills, located on River Road at Swan. Northwest corner. Room 50. (Campus map attached.
