Stand Up 101 starts this Saturday April 10th at 10am with Rory Monserat. Rory is a hilarious comedian, and a really great guide to help you develop your first stand up set. The class is super fun and develops your skills in public speaking, being comfortable in front of others, and being funny! Who doesn't want to explore those concepts. We still have a few seats left in the class, so register today to start your comedy journey.
We will continue to offer shows in the theater, and are adjusting and expanding our offerings as we continue through the month of April. We are selling individual seats for $7 and have a new seating chart supporting socially distant pods. There are several pod sizes available to accommodate your comedy cluster. We are also going to be bringing back our Improv Jam starting Friday April 16th at 7:30pm. The show will be free, and anyone can come up on stage and try out improv. There will be a pre-registration for the Jam and everyone will need to have a ticket to enter the show.
This weekend we have two nights of shows. On Friday at 7:30pm, we celebrate our first in-person Improv 101 Class with a showcase to highlight their first six weeks of improvising. Our 101 shows are always the most fun at the theater, and we hope you come out to support. Legal Torts with Amanda Tennyson and Zaq Race will be closing out the show! On Saturday at 7:30, we have four amazing improv duos bringing the funny to our stage.
We require all performers and patrons to mask while in the theater. Our COVID-19 Ticket and Entrance Policy are still in place. The theater has been eclectic over these past couple weeks, so get your tickets today, and join us this weekend. Last week sold out, so grab your tickets early!

Learn the art of standup comedy utilizing the TIM philosophy to finding the funny fast. Discover how to nurture true stories into a routine that both engages and entertains your audience. Our experienced instructors will teach you to construct a stage persona, performance mechanics, develop a joke, and create sets this will hit with an audience.
Please note this is an in person class, masks will be required by all participants, strict 6 feet social distancing will be enforced at all times, and participants will be asked to regulate symptoms/potential exposure before each class.
