One male actor needed for PLAY READING at Old Pueblo Playwrights on Monday night Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. The playwrights meet at the Temple of Music, 330 S. Scott, (downtown Tucson) upstairs behind the Cabaret.

The character of TED is in his mid- 20's. He is an eager computer nerd who is  somewhat socially innocent and gauche. He is taking acting lessons and the teacher encourages him to try Hamlet and Henry Higgins from selected scenes of Hamlet and Pygmalion. But most of the rehearsal with the teacher and later with his female roommate involves a romantic relationship.

This is a table reading, meaning we read the play and then discuss the script. No rehearsal is planned. If you are interested, contact Jack Frakes on e-mail at jfrakes82@earthlink.net or call  520- 321-0442. I can arrange to get a script to you.
