Subject: Troubadour Theatre casting male-identifying actors age 12-18 for Into the Woods

 

Troubadour Theatre is casting our summer youth production of Into the Woods Jr, and is search of more male-identifying actors ages 12-18 to play several leading male roles. Possible roles include the Baker, both Princes, and the Wolf. All have solo singing part. (Actors cast don't actually have to be male-identifying if they are comfortable playing male roles and can handle the vocal range).  Actors must be 18 or under as this is a youth production.  

 

This is performed as part of our Broadway Bound musical theatre camp, open to ages 10-18. There are still a few more openings for actors of any gender if others are interested in signing up. 

 

Auditions normally take place the first day of camp July 6, but if anyone is only interested in auditioning for a specific role without committing, we can arrange advance auditions.  Please email and let us know if you would like to do that.  

 

Camp/rehearsal dates:  

3 weeks, July 6-24, 2026, Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm

Performances 3:30pm and 6pm on Friday July 24 

Rehearsal Location: Arizona Theatre Company rehearsal hall, 330 S Scott Ave, Tucson AZ 85701
