Play Synopsis:

An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein is a collection of ten darkly comic short plays laced with the rich description and playfully twisted mind of the beloved children's poet.  The play is ridiculous, farcical, and over the top, while allowing a serious look into interpersonal relationships and societal ills. The ten short plays are One Tennis Shoe, Bus Stop, Going Once, The Best Daddy, The Lifeboat is Sinking, Smile, Wash and Dry, Thinking Up a New Name for the Act, Buy One, Get One Free, and Blind Willie and the Talking Dog
