Marketing Coordinator Reports To: Director of Marketing (interim: Executive Director) · $18–22/hr · Full-time, Non-Exempt · Tucson (hybrid available) |

Position Summary Provides administrative and operational support for ATC's Marketing department. Coordinates timelines, marketing assets, vendor relationships, campaign execution, and project traffic management. Supports opening night logistics, print orders, email production, website updates, and social media scheduling. Ideal for an organized professional excited to grow in a collaborative arts marketing environment. |

Patron Services Associate Reports To: Director of Patron Services · $16.00/hr · Full-time, 40 hrs/week · Tucson — Temple of Music & Art (in-person, some remote) |

Position Summary Works as part of ATC's box office team serving patrons at the Temple of Music & Art. Manages inbound calls, online requests, and emails; assists patrons in-person, by phone, and via email; processes season and single ticket orders, ticket exchanges, and other requests. Standard hours Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM; hours vary in-show to include evenings and weekends. |

Position Summary Constructs scenic elements as drawn and engineered by the Technical Director. Participates in build, load-in, remount, and strike. Leads teams of Over-hire Stagehands. All productions rehearse and open in Tucson; transfer to Tempe Center for the Arts for Phoenix run. |

Position Summary Executes creation, procurement, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of all rehearsal and show properties. Fabrication work includes sculpting, casting, graphic design, woodworking, 3D printing, welding, furniture construction, textiles, and upholstery. Must have Driver's License. |

Position Summary Participates in coordination, execution, and maintenance of all lighting and projection needs across ATC's two-city operation. Serves as lighting console operator or follow spot operator. Leads Overhire Stagehands during work calls. |

Position Summary Responsible for cutting fabric from patterns, construction and alteration of built costume pieces, and alterations on pulled, purchased, or rented pieces as designed by the Costume Designer for each ATC production. Supports all aspects of the costume shop across the five-show season. |
