Casting call for an independent thriller short being filmed in mid-March. Please see the break down for a list of characters. We are looking for actors who embody the age and details of the character but do not have to be the actual physical age. 

Party Extras only need to be available on a Saturday evening. 

Band and Minor Characters will have limited schedule commitments but will have to attend rehearsals.

Main Characters must be able to commit to 3 days of weekend shooting (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in mid-March and rehearsals in February/March. 

All characters must have own wardrobe (or at least most of it.) There is no pay but you will receive food, credit and copy. The film is intended to be shown in film festivals.

TEX - Late 20s or early 30s
(Main Character)
Meticulous, Anti-social, Enigmatic

CHARLIE - Early 20s 
(Main Character)
Naive, Eager, Dark

NOMI - Early 20s
(Main Character)
Naive, Idealistic, Sweet

KYLE - Early 20s
(Supporting Character)
Self-Assured, Egotistical, Endearing

JOHNNY - Mid 30s
(Minor Character -- Lines)
Drum Teacher

PROSTITUTE - ;Late 30s to early 40s
(Minor Character -- Lines)

BAND SINGER - any age, must have a rock and roll look.
(Minor Character -- Lip Sync)

GIRL - early 20s
(Extra -- Lines)

WOMAN BUM
(Extra -- No lines)

PARTY EXTRAS - all ages
(Extras -- No lines)

BAND - actors of any age or a real band if you want a minor part in a film
