Production Assistant for Live Broadcast this Saturday the 18th (East Speedway)

Live Broadcast of X-Factor finalist and three other groups from DV8 on Speedway Saturday the 18th. As we get closer (and calmer) we've had time to consider what a great training and resume builder this could be for the right person. By definition PA's (Production Assistants) have no specific job description and do a little of everything. In this case assisting the Director, Camera Operators and Technical Director as needed, using one of our still cameras to shoot "the making of" pics, as well as assisting in load in/set up and load out/tear down. If we find the right person you'll have a headset on the ICS (InterCom System) and we'll use you as floor manager to cue the host, Shannon Black from KIIM FM.
Load in starts at 4PM, Tech Rehearsals at 6, Red Carpet event at 8 and live broadcast starts at 8:30 on the dot. This looks like a long show (but that's OK....it's Pay Per View) so plan on a long night. We've waited a little late to mention this one night internship so get back to me IMMEDIATELY if interested.
I'm also a little nervous about one of the cameramen so if your are one (a VIDEO camerman) and are available Saturday night contact me no later than mid-day today (Friday).
The camera position pays...the PA/internship does not...but it'll be fun...and you get to keep the black "CREW" shirt!
