EXTRAS NEEDED FOR U of A SHORT FILM!!!
CASTING CALL FOR EXTRAS for a 5-minute short film produced by students at the University of Arizona in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program. Looking for young boys and girls, 7 - 12 years old as extras in a classroom scene. There will be NO AUDITIONS. Please RSVP with our Producer, Zacharia Lorenz, and show up on set before the call time. We will be filming this Friday, March 2 from 2:30pm to 5:00pm at Cholla High School (2001 West Starr Pass Blvd.).
NOTE: All children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian

SYNOPSIS: Lily is an eight-year-old girl who uses her imagination to escape the reality of her parent's divorce. Part fairy-tale-esque fantasy, part realist drama, this film will be guided by Seuss-like narration. When Lily's parents forget to pick her up from school, she is forced to walk home late at night. Her imagination soon meshes with the real world and ominous shadow creatures fill the walls around her. Finally making it home, she eavesdrops on her parent's final argument, and retreats to the fort in her room. Ultimately her Mom joins her inside, and together they accept reality: Dad isn't coming back.
