The Invisible Theatre continues its stellar 53rd Season with

WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS TO ME. This award-winning, boundary-breaking play featuring IT's Managing Artistic Director Betsy Kruse Craig and directed by Carrie Cole, breathes new life into our Constitution and imagines how it will shape the next generation of Americans. In addition to Betsy Kruse Craig, the IT cast includes David Alexander Johnston and Sawyer Gremel.

Liisa Rose, Invisible Theatre Patron wrote,

"We saw WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS TO ME last night and it was phenomenal! Thank you for sharing art that gets us talking, that gets us reflecting, and that gets us to think critically. Not only was I moved, but my 29 year Air Force Veteran husband was literally in tears of gratitude. 'This is what I served for' he said as we exited the theatre. This play, this conversation. We are flawed and we have to talk about it. Thank you for getting us to talk about it! "

SMALL DOMESTIC ACTS

by

Joan Lipkin

February 22 and 23, 2025

2 PM

This is the second offering in Invisible Theatre's Women's Voices play reading series, made possible through the generous support of

Dr. Bella Eibensteiner,

Part Brecht, part Pirandello and part day time drama, SMALL DOMESTIC ACTS produced and directed by Fred Rodriguez and Susan Claassen stars Sean Hazen, Haley Jaeger, Lori Hunt, Meagan Jones and Dante Crossroad. It is the story of a working class heterosexual couple and a lesbian couple who become friends over beer and poker. Problems quickly become apparent in both relationships as the characters turn to each other and the audience for support and try to search for greater understanding. When the two couples come to the theatre to tell their unconventional story, the thin line between past and present becomes blurred while the issues of sexual identity, relationships, family and gender roles are deconstructed.

PLEASE NOTE: Mature Subject Matter and Language

TICKETS - $25 with discounts available for Invisible Theatre subscribers, seniors, students and military.

Please call 520-882-9721 for information and reservations.

Tickets are also available 24/7 through AudienceView at www.invisibletheatre.com.

Looking for a theatre/auditorium to host a dance recital

I am looking for a theatre/auditorium to host a dance recital. We need there to be room for about 350 audience members, stage at least 35x25 and a large dressing room space as I have about 70 dancers participating. And yes, we want it in May, which is know is the busiest time for schools and usually an issue. Thank you for your input. I have already left voicemails for the following Tucson locations, hoping to hear back soon, but if you have other suggestions PLEASE let me know!
