That light at the end of the tunnel is getting bigger by the day, and we're more and more certain it's not a train! We're working quickly and carefully behind the scenes to get back on our feet (literally) and make you laugh in person! We got the Vax, and we hope you did, too! Stay tuned. We hope to have a big announcement SOON!!

Meanwhile, we are still 100% online during June. And what a diverse and hilarious selection we have for you to enjoy!

Our Saturday House Party Zoom shows have been going strong for over 60 consecutive weeks, and we hope you enjoy watching them as much as we love creating them! We appreciate your suggestions in the chat, along with your virtual laughs and applause. We've got some great guest stars lined up joining us from all over the place. We have 7:30pm Family-friendly AND 9:30pm UNCENSORED House Parties for whatever your taste in humor is.

Click here -> SHOWS!

We also have a way to slide into your weekend with a smile! Over on our Facebook page, Unscrewed Theater's own Dawn McMillan spends 10 minutes every Friday with a different improviser from Tucson, the U.S., or anywhere in the world! Dawn has created scenes with folks from New Orleans, Toronto, and Oslo, Norway! There's also a bonus clip every week where Dawn spends a few more minutes getting to know the person behind the improv. #10MinutesWithDawn

Click here -> Dawn!

Hang on, that's not all we have for you.
We've got class.
Lots of class.
Lots of online improv classes!

Every Monday night at 6:30pm, we offer our Online Improv Drop-In Class. Some folks have told us it's the best part of their whole week! (honestly!) The One-and-Only Jon Benda leads the group every week, and all are welcome! The less experience you have, the better, because each class is different and there's always something new to learn and experience. Best of all, it's FREE to register. Drop in when you can and have some fun!

If you're looking for an entertaining and rewarding way to spend your Saturday mornings, we're starting an Online Improv Basics class on June 12th! The tip-top, top-notch Cy Barlow will teach this 6-week class. Don't know much about improv? Always wanted to give it a try? NOW is the perfect time!

This class explores the fundamentals of Improv - practicing agreement, listening, teamwork, and honest choices with games and exercises that encourage trust, communication, character development, & making your scene partner look good. All along, you'll learn, practice, and master the core principles of a good Improv scene. Then you'll get to strut your stuff for family and friends in a FREE online showcase.

Come on!
Join the fun before the class fills up.

What's more, we have a super special one-day workshop scheduled for Sunday, June 27th. Unscrewed Theater instructor and puppetry expert Jessica Spenny will help you "Talk To The Hand." She'll take you through some basic puppet construction techniques using things you already have lying around - you'll transform your new puppet(s) into a complete character with improvised scenes and games!

That's our June schedule. If you want to beat the heat and stay indoors and laugh, we've got your back. And if you want to talk more about improv or Unscrewed Theater, call me at 520-975-7035 and AMA.

We love you. We miss you. We want you to be safe. Please get vaccinated so we can all enjoy live improv comedy in the same room TOGETHER!

This weekend, we have an amazing line up for the Stand Up show at 9pm on Friday night.  I am particularly pumped for Steena Salido to be back in town and on our stage!  Steena is one of my favorite comedians, and we have a little hole in our heart since she left Tucson and moved to Phoenix...boo!  It's a great line up, and should be a packed house.  Then on Saturday night we have a fun line up of improv in the 7:30pm time slot, and then The Dating Scene takes another swipe at our misadventures in dating at 9pm.  And last, but not least, get yourself out to the Jam on Friday night at 6pm.  It has been loads of fun, last week was our most attended event yet, and Timmy does such a great job at engaging the crowd and getting everyone involved in the improv action.  See you out this weekend, and grab those tickets online as we are still running with limited capacity.

We are really sad that two of our favorite TIM improvisers are moving out of Tucson.  But before they leave, we are going to send them off in style with a Soapbox show.  We will enjoy the stories of Amanda and Alex.  Amanda has been a teacher at TIM teaching improv and sketch comedy along with performing on several improv teams and Baby Fish Mouth the sketch team.  Alex has been on harold teams and numerous duos and trios that we have come to love over the years.  We will miss them both but they know they always have a home here on the TIM stage!
