Kate Hugo: Murder After Mayhem is a female-led whodunit set in a post-cataclysmic world where grief lingers and the dead whisper. Without the benefit of modern technology, Kate and the local Sheriff—each wounded and wary—must untangle lies, solve a brutal murder, and confront their own losses. As suspicion fades, healing begins. Think 'Knives Out' meets 'The Book of Eli' with echoes of 'The Sixth Sense.'
This film was created right here in Southern Arizona, showcasing the incredible talent of our local cast and crew. It's a true grassroots production—written, directed, and brought to life by our community.
