  2. Alternatively, you may present a choreographed dance (not to exceed 1 minute) in place of your second song. Dance-heavy shows include ON YOUR FEET, FROZEN, DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, and HAIRSPRAY.
  3. If using a karaoke track, submit it in advance at: forms.gle/RYxndwYsQJnRuzGn6
  4. Note your preferred shows in the audition form. Review the Character Breakdown for age, ethnicity, and/or gender requirements (character age need not match actor age).

About the Production

Embark on a shared journey of connection and reflection in this groundbreaking piece of immersive theatre that blends live performance with technology to create an unforgettable journey for teenagers and adults.

A cutting-edge, immersive physical theatre experience from Mallorca combining live physical performance with smartphone interaction. Using La Fura dels Baus' Kalliópē app, the show transforms audience members into active participants, exploring identity, belonging, and intergenerational connection. Visually striking and sonically rich, La Mecànica crafts a unique, high-impact theatrical journey that resonates with contemporary audiences.

By Young People, For Young People

A Teen Odyssey was created with the input of an artistic committee comprised entirely of young people who guided the dramaturgical and aesthetic aspects of the show. This approach encourages open discussion, critical thinking, and problem-solving, and gives young people context and insight into the various professions that contribute to the production of a stage performance.

Critical Acclaim

"If you're looking for something extraordinary and moving at the Fringe this year—this is the one to watch."

— British Theatre Guide  ★★★★★
