Tucson Improv Movement Upcoming Shows

Subject: Yes and News - 7/21/22

We had such a fun weekend at the theater last week. Each show on Friday and Saturday had great crowds, and the shows were so much fun. Capped off by an amazing Dirty Tees show on Saturday night, we had 98 people come out and visit us last weekend! Thank you so much to each of you for making our venue such a fun place to be and laugh together!

Now on to this weekend. We have a bunch of schedule changes and updates for you. Tonight we only have one show. There will sadly be no CageMatch. We are going to move Tastebuds, into the 7:30pm show making a supersized show for just $5, headlined by The Riveters! On Friday, we are not going to have a Jam, as it is taking a hiatus until August 5th! Holly Hilton will be telling stories at the Soapbox. We have the battle of the punmasters Saturday at 7:30pm with Punball Wizards, and then at 9pm we are partnering with local stand up comedian Nick Perlo as he hosts Unknown Comedy Presents: Mikey McKernan.

We have a few new kids on the block! Please welcome: Adam Chen, Amy Villagio, Cristina Luis, David Kendall, Diana Daly, Lisa Mandelbaum brand new Company Members at the Tucson Improv Movement! Catch them this fall as they bring the funny in their first shows!

Lastly please vote for us in the Tucson Weekly's Best Of! We are up for Best Comedy Night, and we want to bring it home this year. October will be the 10th Anniversary of TIM, and it would be so amazing to bring home that honor in our silver anniversary!!!

This week we are again keeping it in the family! Holly Hilton one of our TIM Company Members will be telling the stories. Holly performers on Your Favorite Movie Improvised, Diet Epsi one of our house harold teams, The Dirty Tees, Match Game, and numerous other indie teams! Holly has been and will always be our reigning Punball Wizards Champion bringing us the best word play and strongest pop culture references in the world! We can't wait to hear her stories!
