Subject: Rehearsal space available for rent
Troubadour Theatre has a rehearsal space available for rent for play/musical rehearsals, meetings, classes, private lessons and more. We have lots of open availability in the coming months.
This is a smaller rehearsal space with a stage that is 20'x8', so appropriate for smaller cast plays/musicals, acting lessons, vocal lessons, etc. We do also have 6 large classroom type tables, so the space can also be used for meetings, art classes, games, etc. We are open to different types of groups using our space, it doesn't have to be theatre. Located on Grant near Country Club.
We have a keyboard available for your use. Also chairs, tables, and 6 wooden stage boxes of assorted sizes. Free wifi is available and the room has central AC. You are free to leave any instruments, props, costumes, set pieces you are using there as long as they can be cleared off the stage on days we have classes.
It can also be used for small intimate performances as it is set up with stage lights and sound and a backstage area. The house only fits 36 chairs, though, so it would only work for smaller performances. (We mostly use it for rehearsal and our smaller youth class performances and then rent a larger theatre for our large performances).
The fee is $20 for the first hour and $10 for subsequent hours each day rented. For long term rentals, we can discount this to a flat $10 an hour. All long term renters will need to have liability insurance with Troubadour Theatre listed as additional insured.
