Chase (female, any ethnicity, 18-35)
Chase is a travel influencer, or is at least trying to be. She is energetic, bubbly, and self-confident to a fault. In Thirst, against the advice of her friends, she embarks on a hike she was not prepared for and meets a malevolent supernatural entity in the desert.
Mild physical activity required (the short is about a hike gone awry). Think walking, brief running, etc. We’ll be outside, but I’ve rewritten the script to take place mostly in the morning and evening, to limit our time in the heat. We’ll also provide water, crafty, and shade in between setups. The cinematographer and I are Tucson natives but have been working in the industry out in LA for a long time and will be shooting this as run & gun as possible to make this a quick, smooth shoot.
We’re really excited about this one and think it could end up being something really cool.
