Ever what Tucson Fringe gets up to over the summer?
Tucson Fringe Festival presents
B/l/ending Forms
What do you get when artists bend their concept of the kind of art they create? When they blend their chosen medium with another artist's medium? When they lend their talent to another artist? They create something greater than the sum of their parts.
This summer we're inviting artists, performers, poets, dancers, writers, musicians to pair up and create original works that blend their two forms together.
Are you an artist looking to push your boundaries?
If you'd like to participate, send an email to info@tucsonfringe.org with two of the following
- a sample of your work
- a resume
- and artist statement (150-250 words)
You may participate as a pair (two artists applying together) or as an individual and we'll pair you up with another artist. Please email us on or before JUNE 10th, 2019
B/l/ending Forms: The EVENT
On Saturday July 20th at Steinfeld Warehouse, we'll be hosting an exhibition of the B/l/ending Forms work, whether it's a performance, a gallery, a concert, or something altogether new. This event is free to attend.
This is also a great time to meet our Tucson Fringe Festival staff and ask any questions you may have about the 2020 Festival. Applications for that open on July 1st and can be found on our website.
