We're Bringing our UNCENSORED Show to Zoom

This Saturday, we've got not one - but TWO Unscrewed Theater House Parties!

The weekend kicks off with a family-friendly Unscrewed Theater House Party @7:30pm. This time, special guest Mark Berry is logging on to our virtual stage.

Mark hails from the Eastside and is in charge of 100 minors per day despite our protests... (never convicted!). He is an OLLLLD and retired member of the troupe and still has his original T-shirt.

We last saw Mark as part of Candy Corn during our last Quarantine Countdown (check 'em out in the quarterfinals on our FB page here!), and this Saturday, he'll be joining Jon, Scott, Cy, Rosanne, Rob - & your host, Chris Seidman for our online improv party where the only thing that matters is the laughter.

Big Daddies is the duo of seasoned improvisers Matt Beaudry and Michael Pierce who specialize in improv from the perspective of fatherhood. And with 7 kids between the them - they know a lot about how to play for fun & laughter.

This is the last class in our series of online musical improv workshops!! In this workshop series, Cy Barlow of From The Top fame uses her musical mastery to rock your improv world.

You'll get technical how-tos for getting the most out of Zoom as a musical improv platform – with exercises, games, and scene work designed to bring all your skills up a notch. Or two. Or twelve!

Shannon Stott is an improviser based in Austin, TX. She has been performing and teaching improv and its benefits to theater students and corporate clients since 2001. Shannon utilizes improv as a tool to change lives both on and off the stage, encouraging her students to carry these tools out of their theaters and into their workplaces and homes.

Shannon is offering two workshops on our virtual training circuit Sunday, August 16 ONLY.

"Success on Any Stage"
This workshop is for those improvisers who are performing or interested in performing improv on a virtual stage. Learn the best technical and performance practices to enhance your personal experience and your watchability during shows.

"Mind Reading for Improvisors"
How to attune to your own, your partner's, and your audience's wants.

Do you know what your scene partner is thinking or feeling? What about your audience? This workshop blends improv and mind-reading techniques to give you a unique perspective into the wants of your scene partners and audience members. These tools will help you support and connect quickly and deeply with your partner in scenes. You will practice attuning to yourself in order to be more precise with your offers and create engaging scenes for your audiences.
