Donnie Cianciotto (he/they) returns to The Screening Room direct from New York City with a brand new cabaret show! Donnie Cianciotto has been seen in off-Broadway productions including Southern Comfort at The Public Theater (a NY Times Critic’s Pick), has performed at world-renowned cabaret venues such as 54 Below, The Cutting Room, The Duplex, Le Poisson Rouge, and The Slipper Room, and has appeared in multiple videos for NowThis, Buzzfeed, and Vice News. He is the producer and director of Trans Voices Cabaret which has chapters in NYC, Chicago, and London, and he can be seen in Ania Augustowska’s beautiful documentary film DONNIE – A Transgender Man’s Story, now available for rent on Vimeo. He is also an accomplished drag performer by the name Anson Reign and can often be seen hosting Drag Out Loud in Brooklyn and performing throughout the boroughs. While living in Tucson, Donnie was the Artistic Director of Musical Mayhem Cabaret, and performed locally with several theater companies. Follow Donnie on Instagram at @thedonniecianciotto.
