An Almost Holy Picture explores life’s big questions. Samuel, a church groundskeeper, passionately shares his life journey as he peacefully maintains gardens and flower beds. Through cathartic narration, Samuel’s ideas of God and faith are shaped by his daughter Ariel, who has a genetic disorder that singles her out for public scrutiny. A Pulitzer Prize nominated play, An Almost Holy Picture has been lauded for its fresh perspective and depth in the storytelling of subjects that shape our humanity and growth.
