Are we all still sleepy, Yes! Did we have an amazing time, Yes! The Improvathon this past weekend was such a wonderful experience. It was great to see our performing company come together and accomplish the goal of performing 24+ hours of comedy. There were so many highlights, but here are a few: The 400th Soapbox show had a great crowd to support the Tucson LGBTQ+ Chamber. Watching Daniel Kirby's farewell show. The Over Night crew(pictured below at 7am) just crushed their performance, it was probably some of the best improv we did over the weekend, and we had at least three audience members there the whole time! Same with the Sunrise team! Mo Urban curated a hilarious sold-out afternoon stand up show, and I loved watching all of our company do the harold jam. The Big Wet Throbbing Queer Comedy Show🏳🌈🍑🍆💧🐥 to close out the whole thing was such an energetic moment. Those are a few, but every block of time featured fun comedy, amazing performers, and just the most energetic while tired vibe! If you still want to grab one of the amazing Improvathon Dinosaur shirts we have a limited amount for sale at the box office. Through the event, we are going to be able to knock off $1,500 of our COVID EIDL Loan. But most of all we can't wait to continue to dazzle audiences with our fast-paced style of comedy. So make sure you come out this weekend to catch any of our 7 shows, wow only 7 shows feels like nothing!
