BOARD MEETING FOLLOWS THE READING/DISCUSSION
Agenda items:
1. Our current rules for a vote into the New Play Festival call for a secret ballot, after which the two people assigned by the president to count the paper ballots are the only ones who know the results. None of that is workable anymore, and we need to change it.
2. I don't want to talk nuts and bolts about our critique process, but I would like to get a consensus from the board on how to proceed with this examination of the critique. Open meetings? A special committee? I've received or read about a dozen lengthy proposals on what we should do instead of the current procedure, so this may be a lengthy process.
