A meeting reminder from the Tucson Pima Arts Council: TPAC needs your help and invites you to an informational meeting on Monday, February 28, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. We’ll discuss two of TPAC’s current research initiatives:
1. Audience Surveys: We are asking cultural presenters and venues to help us collect audience surveys from attendees at their events. The survey is a simple, anonymous, one-page questionnaire that takes less than two minutes to complete. If you have an upcoming event, please consider working with TPAC to collect surveys from the audience.
2. Cultural Data Project: We are asking nonprofit arts and culture organizations in Pima County to complete a Cultural Data Project (CDP) profile. The CDP data will be used to complete our customized economic impact analysis. The CDP data collection system will:
A. Offer free reporting tools for participating organizations to help guide capacity building and development, and
B. Be required for organizations applying for grants with TPAC and the Arizona Commission on the Arts. Explore the Arizona CDP here: www.azculturaldata.org.
