Auditions! 2018 OPP New Play Festival, Monday, February 12, 2018 at 7 PM - 10 PM

The Old Pueblo Playwrights' New Play Festival will take place the week of April 9-15, 2018.
There are great roles available for men and women of all types and ages.
For the audition please prepare/bring a 1-minute monologue. You can memorize your piece or read from a script. It's all in the performance!
Audition will be performed for a panel which includes playwrights and directors of all the plays in the festival. Callbacks will be the same night.
Directors and playwrights will select whom they would like to cast for each production. (Actors will receive a small honorarium for participation).
There will be 3-6 regular rehearsals and one tech rehearsal for each show.
All productions will be "script-in-hand" performances. This means, actors will be able to use the script during the live performance. Performances will conclude with a talk-back between the audience, cast and director. This is an exciting opportunity for actors to participate in the development and advancement of future productions of this material.
