Voices at the Monastery -- a three-day fundraising event to preserve the Sanctuary at the former Benedictine Monastery as a performance venue

 

Dates:  October 19, 20, and 21
7:00 p.m. to 9 p.m.

 

 

Description:  The Sanctuary is a perfect place for vocal music.  Come hear us prove it -- Arizona Choral Arts Association (ACAA) presents a three-day festival of choral music featuring nine Tucson choirs:  Southern Arizona Women's Chorus, Sons of Orpheus, Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus, Tucson Women's Chorus, Desert Harmony, Moxie, Arizona Repertory Singers, Daybreak Quartet, and Helios Ensemble.  The concert will support efforts to preserve the former Benedictine Monastery sanctuary as a musical performance venue. 

 

 

Location:  The Monastery (formerly the Benedictine Monastery), 800 N. Country Club Road, Tucson, AZ 85716.

 

 

Tickets:  $15 in advance, $25 for all three evenings.
