The Scoundrel and Scamp Theatre
THIS WEEKEND: bring the entire family to
CLOUD SOUP, the new work from acclaimed
visual theater creator Wolfe Bowart!
'Kids laughed and oohed and aahed throughout, and us grownups did the same. Suddenly, Bowart made us children again' The Independent Weekly
'An enchantingly loony dreamscape … Wolfe Bowart specialises in a magic realism that evokes childlike wonder' The Australian
'The sheer amount of invention is staggering. Bowart, like a one-man circus, is charming, clever and adroit' The Mercury
Luminously inventive visual theater creator Wolfe Bowart regularly plays to packed theaters around the world. This weekend, December 6-9 (and again January 10-13), he performs in his hometown of Tucson for the first time in 7 years. The Scoundrel & Scamp Theatre is excited and proud to present CLOUD SOUP, Wolfe's fantastical new production that weaves together circus, multimedia, comedy and magical stage illusion to tell the tale of a tailor who learns some life lessons in the very fabric of his shop.
Join us this Street Fair weekend for this show for every age, the third show of our Season for Scamps and the US Premiere of Cloud Soup. Plan your Street Fair visit around our twice daily matinee showtimes!
