Micah Walters Handstand and Contortion Workshops

October 19th and 20th

An awesome chance to train with an excellent contortion and handstands coach! Handstands October 19th 5-7 ($50), Leg Flexibility October 20th 10:30-12 ($40) and Back Flexibility October 20th 12:30 to 2:00 ($40). Bonus! Acrobatic Core Conditioning October 20th 2:30-4 ($40).

$150 for the whole weekend!

Stilt Class Day

November 15th 4:30-6:00

For beginners and experienced stilters, same price as a drop in class. Please RSVP to make sure we have a pair of stilts for you!

 

Advanced Winter Show Case

December 14th

Any adult or advanced youth student can apply as an individual or group. Applications will be available next week, ask Katherine to get one! They will be due the week of November 4th.

Tuesday Intermediate Aerial- Focus on choreography and transitions or a specific apparatus such as just lyra, or an invented or alternative apparatus.

Saturday "Other" Apparatus (rope, web, cloud swing, etc.)

Thursday Parent and Baby/Toddler Class

Thursday Morning Silks Class 9:00-10:15

Saturday morning "parent" workout class

Friday beginning class just for teens
